Zainab Patel who is a Transgender and the Director of KPMG, and is an International TEDx speaker. She trained people from the LGBTQIA+ community and beyond (about 15,000 of them) to write resumes and their CV. She also gave tips on self-grooming and how to present ourselves professionally when in contact with companies. She engaged with the community at large. There was cultural entertainment by the community. In addition, we also invited the LGBTQAI+ community from FPI in Pune, who's leader is Pravin Sonawane, to spread awareness on who they are, the LGBTQAI+ community and also entertained people with an energetic dance performance.
