District has introduced a novel project - RAKSHAK, that aims to sensitise the public about ways to tackle the COVID menace. A transparent sheet or banner will be placed between auto rickshaw driver and the passenger. This banner will display do's and dont's of managing the COVID peril as well as give basic information about the Rotary club.
