| Meeting Agenda | Called to order by President Aditya Kakrania @ 11:05 am, and national anthem was sung with pride. New members joining our club were announced by Vice President Rtn Ravi Patodia and President Rtn Aditya Kakrania. It was announced that Admin Rtn Sandhya Agarwal will share the contacts of all BOD members with the members to ease communication. All members have been asked to pitch new ideas for new projects that can be executed by the club during this year. We will continue to organize in person meeting and activities for better bonding and assimilation between members. Next meeting will be in person at President Rtn Aditya Kakrania’s home. President has proposed an “Each One Bring One” new member scheme, and is hoping that all members will bring one new member referral in the next 3 months. Birthdays and anniversaries were announced by club Secretary and minutes of last meeting was read. This was followed by vote of thanks by Vice President Ravi Patodia.
