| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting was called to order by President Dr Cimran Jethwani at Ruby Theater in Amanora Club. National anthem was sung with pride by all present. The very esteemed guests present were DG Dr Anil Parmar, First Lady Dr Hema Parmar, AG Rtn. Surender Gupta, and Past President of Rotary club of Koregaon Park. President Rtn. Dr Cimran Jethwani welcomed all present, and showcased the club’s achievement in the past year, including all the awards that were received by our club. The incoming President Rtn. Aditya Kakrania was introduced by Dr Cimran Jethwani, and inducted by DG Dr Anil Parmar, AG Rtn. Surender Gupta, Rtn. Dr Cimran Jethwani and all the dignitaries present. President Rtn. Aditya Kakrania shared the vision of 2022-23 with all the dignitaries and members. This was followed by the induction of 2022-23 team, which is: • Immediate Past President: Rtn. Dr Cimran Jethwani • Vice President: Rtn. Ravi Patodia • Secretary: Rtn. Khushboo Kakrania • Treasurer: Rtn. Sachin Talreja • Foundation: Rtn. Kiran Chugera • Club Membership: Rtn. Raju Shah • Public Image: Rtn. Jivraj Chole • Club Admin: Rtn. Sandhya Agarwal • Club Trainer: Rtn. S. M. Khan • Youth Director: Rtn. Avantika Makkar Five new members were introduced and inducted into the club: Dr Sanjay Choradia, Dr Kunal Bansal, Mrs. Sandhya Agarwal, Mrs. Khushboo Kakrania & Mr. Vineet Agarwal in absentee. The club’s editorial was released by our admin Rtn. Sandhya Agarwal along with all dignitaries and the BOD. This was followed by address of AG Rtn. Surender Gupta, who also introduced DG Dr Anil Parmar. Then the DG addressed the club and congratulated the BOD past and present, and all members present. $5000 cheque was handed over to DG Dr. Anil Parmar by IPP Dr. Cimran Jethwani and Suresh Jethwani and they became Major Donors. The vote of thanks was given by our vice President Rtn. Ravi Patodia. Meeting was adjourned by President Rtn. Aditya Kakrania, followed by fellowship. Attendance was maintained. |
