| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting was called to order by President Dr. Simran Jethwani followed by national anthem, welcome remarks by President. Planning assembly was discussed - the dates and the responsibilities of the directors will still be forwarded into the next meeting as new members were still being added. President was to coordinate with our club AG Mahesh Bhagwat and budgeting was to be discussed in the later meeting as yet the documents were to be handed over by the last year's President 2020-2021 Bharat Patil. Vote of thanks was given by Gaurav Jethwani and meeting was adjourned by President. |
