Planning assembly was discussed - the dates and the responsibilities of the directors and President was to coordinate with our club AG Mahesh Bhagwat and budgeting was to be discussed in the later meeting as yet the documents were to be handed over by the last year's President 2020-2021 Bharat Patil.
